The Case Mountain Recreation Area is a 640-acre outdoor playground located in the south west corner of town (shared with Glastonbury in the lower parts of the park). There are numerous hiking trails, bike trails, and fishing available during the warming months of spring through the cooler months of fall. Many of the hiking trails there will eventually lead you to a panoramic view from Lookout Mountain. There’s something to do regardless of whether it’s warm or cool.
